FANLYC

FANLYC is a non-profit organization that provides various services to children diagnosed with cancer in Panama such as medications, transportation, psycho-social support, healthy eating, education, and more.

In our country we have more than 800 cases of children with cancer; many of them do not have the necessary resources to pay for their treatments. Twenty years ago, when a group of parents of children with leukemia decided to work against childhood cancer, there were only 150 patients, and 25% of them abandoned their treatments. Currently, such abandonment has been eradicated.
